Have had this chair for a month now. It is a very comfortable chair with plenty of room to move around in it. When assembling the chair, we had a little hard time trying to attach the arms as they did not align properly, but Customer Service Tech) sent me an email with instructions on how to fix it along with illustrations. That was awesome of them! I have a back disability and finding a comfortable chair for me is extremely hard. However, upon seeing this one, I knew it would be good as the seat is well cushioned therefore when you sit on it, your legs are not dangling. You get support where it is needed. The back is very well cushioned and I get no fatigue unlike with previous chairs. Once again, you get the support where it is needed. This chair is so comfortable, that many times I have fallen asleep in it. Ok, try everyday I fall asleep in it :) ! The only real concern I have with it is the metal base in which I did cut myself bad on the ankle when I sat down. The bottom where the wheels go in (edge) it is very sharp. However, I do have a solution for that. I am looking for a rubber piece to glue along all the bottom of the base. This will ensure no more cuts. Meanwhile I am careful. Overall, This chair for the price, comfort and quality, gets a 9 out of 10 rating. Would I recommend this chair? Yes, I would and have.

I love it, it is a really comfortable chair, but the box that it came in was all broken up and there are some scratches in the back where the leather was damaged during shipping. Oh well, with my jacket hanging over the back of the chair no one will ever see them,

Good chair. Not a 1 person assembly job because the arms only fit if you can press and hold the back section away from the seat.
