I can't be any happier with this and the polished white color! Goes really well with my white curved monitor and desk. I also have an old black monitor and while it blended with the arm, I think I'm going to replace this one next. This arm is of great quality and compatible with the old and new monitors but always check dimensions first before buying. I'm using it for two 27" screens. Because I push my desk closer against the wall, the elbow space is quite limited. Great purchase and shipped very fast and days earlier than quoted.

After purchasing and returning an expensive gaming brand mount due to faulty parts and a frustrating setup process, I bought this for half the price and could not be happier! It comes with everything assembled except for the clamp, which is very straightforward and does not seem as huge as it looks in the product photos. Adjusting the tension is simple and intuitive; I have a 27" and a 24" monitor mounted with no issues so far, and the freedom of motion is great. I plan to upgrade my 24" to a second 27" inch in the future, and it seems like this will be possible. The heavier monitor just took slightly more adjusting. One note: There should maybe be a warning on the velcro straps holding the arms together in the package. I wasn't aware the arms would snap open immediately, so the metal smacked me pretty good in the hand.

Very disappointed. I bought this 8 months ago, and today was the first time I adjusted the monitor on the right vertically. It now sags and faces the floor, it can't hold the monitor in place. It's a 22" monitor, well below the weight rating of the arm. I've tightened the bolt with no improvement. I've since realized the monitor was *never* being supported correctly, it was defective from day one. The bottom of the monitor was holding itself up because it was originally leaning against the arm itself. The hinge was never able to support the monitor. I've reached out to Prime Cables via Shopper Plus contact us form, I'm hoping for a warranty replacement, but I don't think I'd buy this again.

Terrible product. The arms don’t keep the monitors at a constant height for very long no matter how many adjustments I make. Also unlike the ad pictures you can’t get two monitors side by side remotely close to being level.
