Great price. It is very rugged and looks like it would last a lifetime. It takes a bit of force but I enjoy being able to throw the can opener around in a backpack and not worrying about it...

This is a follow up to my initial rating of the product. I put the review and some one from customer service contacted and promptly refunded the money, which I was not expecting. I want to rate 5 ****** for customer service. As this was a product rating I rated it at 3 *, not to skew the overall user feedback.

The third time use it was broken. It’s hard to believe a person needs help to open a jar has the “power” to break a “metal “can opener. The design of the grip has problem, even the first use it feels so awkward.

When it worked it was very good, but was able to open only 5 cans in 3 days. 4th Day it broke into pieces

There is a slight learning curve to use this properly.

Cheap but effective can opener, good to have a couple around.
