So far love this kettle. You get to set temperature for the perfect cup of tea. Herbal tea was good at a slightly lower temperature. Also like the colored lights that change as the temperature increases which is very fast. As a side note, I bought somewhere else a stove top kettle that didn't whistle and smelled if the burner was set above medium at a higher price and made me put a chair in the kitchen just to boil it took so long. This electric kettle is better and faster and so flexible. I really recommend this from shoppers plus.

The kettle works as advertised. I like the added features such as different temperature settings and keeping warm. The only annoyance is that the start/cancel LED light will stay on if I don't unplug the unit.

So far so good. Have had this kettle for about 3 weeks now and use it many times each day without issues. Wish there was a way to turn off the beep when the kettle is placed back on the base.
