First thing first, this product arrived super fast, within just 2 days, much ahead of the delivery date. I'm very delighted. Product is perfectly packed and is exactly same as shown in the pictures. Appears to be of good quality, but I will know for sure, only after I install it and start using it. I'm definitely going to promote and recommend this to all my friends. I can't imagine a life without Bidet. And I still don't get it why people think it is end of universe if they run out of toilet paper and lined up outside the stores during pandemic, when bidet is the most hygienic and environmental friendly option.

Bought two. Once you get used to using them, you can’t go back to only toilet paper. Although it does save on toilet paper, if that is the only reason you are thinking about getting it, then you probably need your money for something else - like food. I’ve had them for months, and they don’t leak, and continue to work well. I turn the water valve on and then off with each use, to release water pressure in the hose. Thank you Seller!

Easy to install, no leaks. Lots of accessories that are available. The plumbing tape was a nice add on too.
