Surprised at the low rating. Really solid and heavy foam plyo box and doesn't wobble - although I am only 160lbs. Just make sure you have room for it - it's bigger than you'd expect

I like that it's soft and doesn't hurt your shins and the outer cover seems to be well constructed (although mine was a bit scuffed up from heavy shipping damage to the packaging). The box is advertised as ultra dense 67lb foam with a 410lb capacity but mine is closer to under 60lb and is definitely not dense enough. I highly doubt the 410lb capacity. I am 185lb and the foam sags and rocks under my weight. At 24" things start to get pretty wobbly and at 30" you had better have someone hold onto the box because it can and will tip over if you do not land dead center. Weighted step-ups are not recommended as your ankles feel like they will roll due to the soft unstable foam sinking under your feet. Cycling fast box jumps during a crossfit wod does not feel safe. I feel like maybe I received a box with less dense foam since the reviews for this plyo box elsewhere are positive.
