very happy with this coffee maker, travels well if you only add water per cup to make, if you fill the reservoir full, it is hard to get the water out of the heating tank, so one cup leave lid open for 15 seconds or listen to make sure water tank is full, make cup coffee then it is ready for travel, no water in tank

Not sure why all the mixed reviews, it's fantastic for the price! I ordered this particular coffeemaker for my holiday trailer because of its size and the convenience of using kcups. I previously had a Keurig compact and it took up a lot of counterspace (not a whole lot to begin with in a camper) Ordered from Amazon and paid $37.99 CAD I just got it today and decided I couldn't wait till May to see how it works So first I filled it with 10oz of water and pressed brew. It took 3 minutes and 19 to run through. It's double the time it takes for a Keurig but 3 minutes isn't so bad Then I added 30 oz to see how it works (says wait for the water to go down (first 10 oz) to close the lid. Water level went down, I pressed brew again. This time it took 2 minutes 45 seconds to run the water through. Getting better. Ran another cycle. 2 minutes 15 seconds. Keep in mind these cycles were one after another. The last 10 oz left in the reservoir (after 3 water cycles) I decided now is the time to try a kcup. 2 minutes 3 seconds it took to brew the kcup. We love the Nabob red. I put my milk in tried it. Probably not the best idea So you can drink the coffee from the Keurig right away...NOT this thing. Give it a few seconds or a minute to cool...you will burn your lips like I did. I'm quite impressed with this little machine for the price I paid for it. It'll take up way less space than the Keurig compact in my camper It comes with a kcup holder plus a reusable filter for your own ground coffee. I haven't tried the reusable filter yet. Awesome value for the price!

This is my second one. The first one worked for 3 years and 4 months daily uses. It's been working perfectly until the day it stopped. And it's really longer than I expected. So I ordered the same one on that day, and it arrived and is working perfectly just like the old one. Coffee is hot, no leaking, no noise, no cheap plastic smell. Plus it's good looking and compact. Hope this one stays longer than the old one.

I bought this one because I needed a single cup Keurig type machine while not having a lot of money. I’m using it with K-Cups and didn’t try the filter regular coffee. It’s ok but a little messy and hard to clean. The top needle is really big and coffee ground sticks to it when opening the top to remove the used cup. Because the water tank is right behind the top needle inside the machine, coffee ground sometimes fall in the tank when opening the top, forcing me to often empty all the water from the tank and cleaning to remove the ground from there. When removing the filter, grounds falls inside the tube and it’s almost impossible to remove from there. I have to brew a cup of water after every coffee since there’s a lot of ground stuck inside the top needle. Other that, the machine works ok and is good for the price.

rating is solely based on price and value. if you're looking for a Keurig equivalent machine, this is not it. other reviews are correct that it does put grind in your water reservoir due to the design. it works and it's cheap. know what you're buying . no different from buying a cheap drip coffee maker.

I dunno? Makes a hot cup which was my priority !! However have grounds everywhere ! I tried everything ! DOES NOT ALLOW USE OF Reuseable K cups! I bought the purple reuseable k cups on here so I would be ready!, can't close lid ! It won't get grounds if I fill only 2/3 of coffee but then coffee is much too weak. will keep trying ....
