Great toilet seat with great features. Hopefully more reliable than the 2 Brondell ones that failed on me after 1.5 and 2 years. I think this one is a rebranded Moen like I bought from Costco for a lot more. I have both. Take a look and decide for yourself. They both work identically. Only thing I don't like is the self cleaning that goes when you sit down but also when you're done. Redundant I think.

Good quality for money, cheapest on the market, fast 2 days shipping, customer service available right away. I installed this bidet in about 5 min. without having any skills and it’s working perfect. I wished a little more pressure on water . My wife love it at first use. Good warranty too. You can use it with or without remote control. Yes, I recommend this item.

Great value bidet. Works better than my brondell one I got from Costco thus far. I hear this is a rebrand of the Moen bidet, so I think this should be a quality product, and certainly feels quality, but time will tell how long it will last. So far I am very happy

It works very well (so far) and I'd have given 5/5. However the infernal beeping noise every time the seat is sat on is infuriating. I sneak into to the bathroom at night, so as not to wake anyone, sit down, and the loud beep that reverberates may as well have been a doorbell announcing that one has been seated. I found no mention of turning this off in the manual, and the manual does not indicate a support phone number or email. Please, help me end this misery before I go back to using a hose with cold water and a pinecone.

Solid bidet with very few issues. The main one being poor drying performance. The rest of the my machine works perfectly and for the price, not much to complain.
