Our charity Power At Work needed a reliable, cost efficient printer to support our many programs and their printing needs. Other then initial set up which took a little longer then I had anticipated , possibly due to my non techy skills... This printer produces crisp sharp prints. We are very pleased with it.

I initially found it used the same power cable (C3) and even the same type USB A cable. While going through installation, it had me unplug the USB cable. I thought the wireless printing was an option for portable devices but no. The actual printer works wirelessly and the USB cable is strictly for setup and programming the WiFi into. Which can actually be done on the machine via the MENU button without the cable. My old printer was also a Brother but it was a MFC from almost twenty years back. This is the replacement and I'm hoping I'll get another 20 years of use from it. Technically the MFC78020NL still works, only its a black and white machine and this one is colour!!!

Prints and scans very well but costs a fortune in toner; the printer starts rejecting perfectly good cartridges after a very few prints. Also not that user friendly to operate.

Great printer. I only wish it has an automated document feeder for scanning to be able to scan more than one page at a time. Other than that very happy with this printer's printing quality.

Heavy, as are all laser printers , but solid and works quickly and smoothly. On line instructions are well set out. I love it.
