As I do all of my own photography printing, I have been purchasing ink from Shopper + for a number of years now and have never had any trouble with the ink that I have purchased. Have used 123ink for over 15 years. Always a great product for the various printers I've owned-- this combo-pack was no exception. Always a great price. Never a problem with quality. Fast delivery to my front door. And, when I changed printers and had some unused cartridges that would not fit the new printer, they took them back and gave me credit for them-- all I had to do was use their prepaid shipping label. Wow! That's service!
