We are totaly happy with the purchase, the delivery & the ease of shopping at PrimeCables I had been searching for a non smart tv for about 3 months & after reading the description of the 55" 4KUHD I knew this is what we required. Amazing picture, ease of assembly, setup & hooked up with our Bluray player & Home theater easily & sounds great! I will recommend this TV to family & friends & once again we are happy with all products that we have purchased from primecables a good Canadian company!

TV works and looks great and was impressively shipped with an actual board of composite wood to protect the screen. Had a weird issue at first that was easily fixed with some searching on the internet. At first the resolution looked terrible and would go black after like 3 seconds of watching anything on Netflix. Was about to try to return it when some website suggested flipping the HDMI cable around. Doesn't make sense as the cable was oriented the same way with my last TV, but that fixed all my problems and now it looks great. Just thought everyone should know this before possibly sending back a fine TV.

3 jours que j'ai installé mon téléviseur belle image, satisfait. Mais la livraison fût très longue, commander le 3 juillet et il n'était pas indiqué en rupture de stock et j'ai appelé au mois d'aout et on m'avait dit au début septembre. J'aurais aimé recevoir un courriel pour m'indiquer la nouvelle date du 21 septembre.

acheté au cyber lundi a un prix très bas. ce n'est pas la télé la plus hot sur le marché, mais si vous n'avez pas besoin de la technologie la plus a jour, elle fait très bien la job. très satisfait de mon achat

incredible value, for price. Lots of neccessary feature when you dont require a smart tv. Only shortcoming is no apparent support for 4k 30hz which is the best my imac can output. If Primcables has info you can provide on specifically supported modes that would be appreciated.
