I have repeatedly bought this Moustache brand of Epson Ink. They have worked very well for me and save me a lot of money. They also last much longer than the original manufacturers ink. One thing I have learned: perform a head cleaning and nozzle check every so often. Your print quality will be as good as new.

I have been using the Moustache printer ink for years and will continue to as long as it's available. I've never had an "incompatible ink" problem with my printer like I've had with other brands. As far as I'm concerned this brand is as good as name brand and always arrives within days of placing my order.

They did not worked in my printer Epson XP-830. Not recognized.

These cartridges do NOT work in my printer. They are NOT compatible with my printer even though the code number is the same as posted in the order. What a waste of money! j, MORGAN

This product was faulty and I had to go to Staples to get Epson brand refill. Tried to contact you for a refund but got nowhere.

I was saddened to discover that the Cyan cartridge was not compatible with my printer. (I did follow all "fixes" suggested.) As a result, I couldn't trust the other cartridges and had to get a return authorization for all of them. This is the first time I've had issues with Moustache ink in many years of buying them. I hope this is a one-off anomaly.
