        Ordered on the advice of Brother technical support but turns out it wasn't needed yet. Replaced toner that was finished and cleaned the existing drum, everything currently working as it should. Will keep this unit in storage until needed.

          Installed new drum and it was worse that the old one. We called Brother and this drum was recalled and should have been returned to Brother by your company! We had to get another drum shipped in and have no printer to run the business with at this time. I will be asking for a full refund and you can have this one back.
