I ordered two of these cartridges. The first one I tried didn't print the yellow colour properly. I submitted a request to have it replaced. A technician called me back and asked for a copy of the nozzle print. Then I was asked to try the other cartridge, in case it had the same problem. The 2nd one was fine. There was no point in returning the faulty cartridge, so he arranged to ship me a replacement, which I had in a a day or so. It works just fine. Great service, and their products are excellent.

XLT VALUE! Remanufactured ink cartridge are restored back to their original form - copyrighted and cannot be replicated by others. They also carry a 2-year warranty. They are filled to the rim as opposed to the OEM and are sold for almost 1/2 the price = More copies for so much less!

The Ink Cartridge works Well. It is Early and I have not Printed much yet, but I cannot Report any Issues.

I have not yet used this Cartridge yet..... I have had one of these cartridges not function properly before. I reported it to customer service but they did nothing. I am trying one more of these products, if this one fails it will be the last of these I will purchase from you.
