When I first received this item it did not work on an Apple iMac 2020. The second monitor, an Apple LED Cinema Display continued to flash intermittently. I contacted Customer Support and they supplied a return label and also shipped a replacement. Before the replacement arrived I found that a cable to the Apple Cinema Display was the source of the problem. The Adapter now works great. Replacement Adapter has been returned as no longer needed.

Works as intented

These worked perfect. Quick monitor response.

The cable was not the correct one (my fault), so I called to return it for a refund. They indicated I didn't need to return it but they would issue a refund. I got the refund, but it was not for the full cost. I think it would have been a good idea for them to indicate why I was shorted on the refund.
