This is a great desk for the price point. Folding table top is much higher quality than I'd expected. 4 memory options with height readout (in cm's) is good for setting it up. As someone with lower back issues, I'm finding the workday is now easier. Prime Cables managed to ship it from the east to Alberta in under 4 days too, which is much faster than other experiences I've had with other companies. Recommended add ons: cable tidy, power/plug bar and double sided sticky tape to help tidy up the PC/monitor cables etc.

I had bought 2 of these standing desks. It was definitely happy, so I am very pleased that the courier brought it to my doorstep. As for the desk itself, the tabletops came undamaged. Although the exterior packaging was a bit ruffled. The first build took longer than expected due to unclear instructions. The 2nd build went faster. Do note that the desk does wobble if you shake it at high heights. I do not notice it during my ordinary work activities, so it isn't detrimental. So far, I am happy with the order. I will try to update in 6 months time.

Very happy with this frame and am upset that I didn't buy two, since the item is no longer sold. Would buy again!

It’s good, except it came damaged, support won’t do anything cause the damaged part is not visible, regardless, it sucks to get a brand new damaged product

This standing desk is sturdy and minimal wobble when lifted. The desk frame is very heavy, and I would recommend seeking help during assembly. I placed an IKEA UPPSPEL tabletop and made my own holes. The reason why I took off two stars is that one of the parts of the frame seems to be bent and not welded properly. I manually had to bend this back in place, which caused the part to misalign. There was also exposed rust on the item. There needs to be better QC on this, as normal users may not know what to do.

Terrible product and terrible customer service. Don't buy that! It is likely to come with 1/ missing parts, 2/ poorly-designed parts, 3/ incorrect assembly instructions, 4/ incorrect specifications. The customer service does not own up to their mistakes. They keep lying, promise a follow-up call that never comes. In the meantime, the desk remains unassemblable and nothing is done to ship replacement parts.
