The delivery is on time and fast. The dehumidifier is quiet and does a very good job for my 1500sqrt basement. I like its wifi app and pump function. Both makes life much easier, control remotely without worrying water overflow, essential for any dehumidifier these days. Any product has defective one, unfortunately the humidity meter of the first unit was faulty after a week, showing 50% humidity on a day of 70% or higher. I reported the issue with a photo, and the support team notified me a day later a replacement will be delivered and emailed me a prepaid return label. The replacement came promptly as well. Second unit works well so far, and hope it lasts. I am happy with their service/support. highly recommended.

I have used this dehumidifier for 2 months and the manual functions (controlled by the panel) work well. The best part is the pump function, so you don't have to empty the tank. However, I docked 2 marks for a few reasons: 1) The wifi app doesn't work well, as it constantly disconnects and I have to keep re-adding the machine in the app. After awhile I gave up and just use the panel to control, which defeats the extra $ you're paying for this feature. 2) I've observed that after about one week (powered on, but not always running), the machine encounters an error and gets stuck where all the lights on the panel turn on together, and the buttons are no longer responsive. After that I need to unplug and restart the machine. This has happened 6 times in the 2 months I've run the machine It remains to be seen how durable this machine is, as when I first received it, the metal fins on the back of the machine (inside a plastic cover) were bent and I had to straighten them out one by one - the fins are made of a soft metal so I cannot completely straighten them all.

Works well to extract extra water from my basement to keep it comfortable. Unit is not silent but its not noisy.

This dehumidifier keeps faulting out with error code 88 and has to be reset to get it running again. It is very noisy when it runs. I would not recommend this product.
