Shopper Plus has a perfect online shopping system with multiple language and 24 hours customer care staff on position, we can call them at anytime, they cooperate with FedEx Canada, we can watch shipment process at anytime. 3. The customer care staff with professional training, they mannerly help and guide us, especially they quick response with E-mail follow up any process and issue, etc. We experienced a kayak with some issue, and got a replacement kayak, the customer care staff try their best dealing with any issues. I was looking high & low for this Kayak then found it at Shopper+ with which I wasn't familiar but took the plunge. I must say I was very impressed with how it turned out. Very competitive price and the free cross Canada ground shipping was quick, arriving double boxed. I test inflated and the quality is good. Sturdy oars, 3 chamber kayak(L,R & bottom), 2 seats all in thick vinyl. Looking forward to paddling around this summer.

Used it twice so far. Very sturdy, manual pump that came with it works well. Deflates fast and folds back easily. Very convenient to pack into a car. Will need to buy a bin or large bag to store it.

Happy overall with this kayak, although the instructions could be a little more detailed. Thought I was missing some parts listed but found out later they were already incorporated with the kayak, like the “fabric tape” and scale for blowing it up. Otherwise it’s a nice size and is easy to inflate and deflate.

I have not used the inflatable kayak that I purchased, but it does look good. I inflated it on my backyard deck just to get a sense of what it looks like inflated. I can't wait to try it on the/water.
