Ce tapis de yoga d'une épaisseur de 1/4 po et non 1/2 po est confortable. Lorsque l'on fait du yoga, le tapis reste bien en place. Malgré le prix, on voit qu'il a une certaine qualité. Pour les exercices dont le poids est sur les genoux, je dirais que c'est tout juste correct. Si vous avez une sensibilité avec vos genoux, pensez à prendre un tapis plus épais. (Ceci est un conseil purement personnel).

Nice, grippy surface. Comfortable while doing yoga and stationary exercises. Love the versatility of having both a textured and smooth surface. Love the colour coordination, great quality, carrying straps are elastic, no clips. Carrying bag isn't very good quality, though. It's already falling apart.

Good material. Great cushioning. Very comfortable to use.
