We use this tray all the time, and it's great for how it pools condensation around the edge so the food doesn't have to sit in it. If you were using a cookie sheet (which you totally could) you wouldn't get that benefit.

Not too big when used for prep of big size portions of food . But convenient to use when defrosting for a single meal prep. Effective and saves me about half an hour than just having the frozen meat defrosting naturally

I’ve bought two of these defrosting trays. Absolutely love them. Most practical.

The defrosting tray works great! I wish that the surface was more teflon-like. It’s a bit rough, but otherwise a good product.

It Works !!!!

I placed my frozen meat on this plate and it was 30% thawed in about an hour. I found that it got colder as meat thawed and didn’t work as well.
