Does work as intended, Disappointed it was only 1 mitt (I was expecting 2 for left and right hand). A bit too stiff and big for my folks with smaller hands.

I received this item today (August 18th) and the glove was damaged. I'm attempting to request a return but the "ask for return" feature is not allowing me to do so; 2 of the other items I ordered are selectable but the glove does not appear in the list of returnable items.
