There are quite a few things that I like about this monitor arm. I like how easy it is to put together. The instructions were clear and concise. I like the cable management features. The plastic pieces to route cables through the upper and lower parts of the arm are functional and easy to thread cables through. I like the base. It is easy to fasten and of a good size to ensure that the weight of the monitor is distributed through enough of an area that will prevent the arm from collapsing on any reasonably robust tabletop. I like the easy adjustability. It took about two minutes after the arm was set up to calibrate it to my monitor's weight so it could easily be moved up and down and would stay in place. I would have preferred if the USB port on the base was a hub instead of just a single port, or was excluded altogether, but that's more a matter of preference. I'm sure some would find it useful. Overall, very happy with this arm. It's exactly what I was looking for.

Very impressed. I decided to get two single-arm monitors instead of a dual-arm and I'm very happy with it. Set up is really easy if you're not using the grommet. I really like the cable organizers. It was a bit confusing to fine tune the springs so my monitors can be moved without automatically lifting, but I got it. The arms themselves are a little big so maybe not the best for a reaally tight space, but it works fine for me.
