Bought 3 of these cables. One stopped working entirely 4 months after purchase, and the second started overheating when plugged in to my laptop and burnt me. Would not recommend purchasing.

The cable is way too stiff! It would not lay flat on the desk!!

I bought two cables and both died within a year. They either won't charge or will charge only at very precise angle into my phone or laptop. I think one actually fried my Lenovo laptop.

Liked it a lot, until the display suddenly stopped working. It no longer shows the amount of charging speed.

Ok, the price is right and I by all my cable needs (except for high performance necessary applications) from PrimeCables. However, I have purchased 4 of these and after 1 year 2 are not functioning. The chip in the monitoring end is flashing and the cable is not functional. I would just pay the extra to get a higher quality brand despite the low price here.

Cable gets hot to the touch when charging, shopperplus agreed to issue a refund due to this. Other reviewers reported the cables getting very hot or even catching fire - buyer beware
