The planter parts arrived in good condition. It only required simple assembly. I really like that it is on wheels. I like it so much that this is the second one I purchased.

My planter just collapsed after the rain we had! It's of cheap quality and did not sustain the weight of the wet soil. Because I bought this planter in late July last year, we didn't set it up for planting until April of this year. A couple of weeks after setup, the legs started to split vertically (see picture of the worst leg, where the wheel fell off as a result). I figured we would fix it, using wood glue and clamp and a few screws and didn't bother calling Customer Service. I lined it up with landscape fabric (which by the way I bought as the planter didn't come with it) and planted herbs in it with a few flowers. Now I have a huge mess to contend with and will contact Customer Service to see how they respond! Will update.

Do NOT buy. Easy assemble with few screws. However, the panels are poorly glue to joint together and some panels already have crack on it. All panels are very thin. Fill up pot soils half full and water it. The next day, side panels cracked and fell apart, the bottom panels all fell to the floor. The bottom panels all warp up and cannot put it back. I have to shave down the bottom panels to put it back. Its too much work to return it, so I use the left over 1x2 wood stick and metal anchor to patch it back. A week later, more cracks on the side panels. Don't know if it will last for the summer season.
