This portal induction cooker works very well with all pots I've paired with it so far. We use this regularly for hotpot and bought another unit to use as a primary stovetop to minimize gas stove use. The timer functions work well but I do worry about the print wearing off over time due to cleaning. The fan can also be a bit loud for some people with good hearing.

Was wanting to try one of these for a while and decided to go for it. Right out of the box, plugged it in and cooked a nice meal of pork chops & veg in a 10” cast iron skillet. Heated fast, cooked fast, evenly and turned out great. The next day decided to read the instructions so now working at fine tuning how to use the it better. So far it’s great! Happy with purchase.

At first, all the icons are overwhelming, but once you get used to the few buttons you'll usually be pushing, it's all ok! Doubt you'll use them all, but keep the manual handy just in case. e.g. Warm milk function? Anyhow, works great, except for a high-pitched noise which is more likely to be observed at higher settings.

Works well but controls are confusing! Should have read the manual for exactly what they do.

This induction cooker was the perfect replacement for my portable gas stove that I used for hotpot. Water was quick to boil and settings are easy to adjust to maintain a rolling boil. There is an audible fan noise but it's a fair tradeoff for not having to buy gas canisters.

Very hot electronics smell when first used. It doesn't appear to be able to maintain full power for more than a couple of minutes. Runs at reduced power instead of turning on and off down to about 50% power.
