It has some rough edges, especially where the holes have been cut out. I gave myself a splinter! The "stopper" at the bottom (so your papers/laptop doesn't slide down) is hidden in the side drawer. Mine had a big "nick" in the edge that makes it stabby. When closed, the two surfaces (the part that raises to an angle vs. the part that is stationery with the cup groove) are not level (off by 5mm at the centre), which could be a deal breaker if someone really wanted a flat surface. Rising the legs works and seems pretty stable when basic force is applied downwards. The fans work too. I like that the fan has a built in coil for the USB-A connection, and should be long enough to reach a laptop that is sitting on the table surface.

I bought this for my partner and was pleasantly surprised with the construction. The little drawer on the side is a nice touch, and the included USB fan is decent. I wouldn't really trust the "cupholder" personally. The adjustable legs are great, you could probably even use this on top of a normal sitting desk to convert it to a standing desk.

Well made and great price. Nicely finished. However not what we need. To many holes in table top for our purposes.

Love this thing perfect for a 15” laptop and mouse, awesome for old man couch gaming. Build quality exceeded my expectations.

Before purchase, when I read the reviews, I was concerned this laptop bed table might be flimsy. I've seen no evidence of that. However, it's hard to believe that the person who designed the unit ever actually used it. • When you set it aside, a routine activity when it fits over your lap, The legs tend to collapse (fold), something that could be fixed with a simple catch or spring. • While the thumb screws to adjust leg length are quite sturdy, unless you really screw them down, they slip. I hope that isn't a sign of problems in future. Someone without a lot of strength in their fingers, would have difficulty. This could easily be fixed with pins and presets. • The lowest tilt setting is about twice as high as I would like. Some simple attention to detail could have easily earned this product a 5-star rating. When I ordered the table, I had a choice of this or a metal one. I picked the wider one. I would prefer one that's 3 to 4 inches wider.
