Delivery was pretty good within a few days of ordering. Printer arrived in perfect condition. Setup was pretty straight forward, connected to wifi easily, AirPrint worked first time. Only function that took some time to setup was the scan with email. You have to setup an app password for my gmail account and then use this in the setup which has to be done via the web interface not on the printer ! Overall very satisfied

Fairly happy with this unit thus far. It came with everything it needed and was a pretty simple setup both physically and software wise. The unit itself is lighter than I was expecting (compared to a number of other MFP units we've had), the touch screen menu fairly intuitive for all users and I've not heard from anyone having issues with its basic functions as of yet. The included toner cartridge being only for 700 pages was a bit of a let down, but we did buy a 3000 page cartridge along side this for future need. TLDR; + Easy software setup, user menu navigation & webgui configuration. + Simple physical setup, toner replacement, paper setup. + Lightweight machine with multifunction. - Paper tray is built for A4 by default, extends for letter... but then sticks out of back of printer... (weird design choice) - 700 page toner cartridge only is included.

Amazing price and quality. I love how it is wireless. Automatic detected the driver as soon as it is near the computer or phone. Highly recommend!!!

Easy to install and printing quality is there

got this at a deep discount and I see why. had problems with it immediately. the toner didn't last anytime and wouldn't print at all even though there appeared to be no fading or signs it was actually low. the feeder chews pages like it's a shredder and it thinks the paper tray is empty when it's not. also had some problems with connectivity on LAN. only positives are the cheap price and the print quality is decent.
