This monitor and laptop mount works well for my vertical 27-inch monitor and my 15 inch laptop. The setup was relatively easy when using the instruction manual, and it feels quite sturdy. It has multiple ways to connect it to your desk, including a method (which I used) that does not require punching a hole in your desk. The only thing I would like better would be to have the ability to run the wires inside the polls instead of outside, but clips are included that keep the wires much cleaner. Also, it is a little difficult to get my laptop in and out, so I may opt to remove the side clips.

i am about 5'3 and I don't think this arm is tall enough to raise my 24" monitor high enough so that my eyes are at monitor level in portrait mode. I end up spinning the monitor so it's vertical/portrait. My monitor's vesa back was quite recessed, so I couldn't "slide" the mount to arm piece because the monitor's plastic would catch on the metal part. Instead I had to install the metal vesa mount to the arm piece first, then install the mount to my monitor's back. The slot in the mount to keep your allen keys is smart! The hardest part of installation was flipping the metal attachments on the arms to be pointing "upwards" because the edges are quick narrow and hard to grip well enough to rotate them. if this were to ever be redesigned, I think the main pole should be taller by at least a few inches, so that the smaller sized screens can sit horizontally at a more ergonomic eye height for stand or sit desk mode.

the height adjustment is limited. I'm a tall person (6'4" and can't really bring the monitor to the desired height.

This is amazing and I got more space on my desk now.

Great product for the price. Lots of adjustably, and the bottom can fit a wide range of desks. Only downside is the monitor height adjustment, would have been nice if it was more quick release however you can't complain based on the price. Laptop tray is also sturdy, you can fit larger than a 15" laptop as long as you don't install the holders that clamp the monitor from the side.
