looks good. very happy. the shelves don't slide if every is very tight. setup was easy...however, I couldn't find the folder support bar in the package (it was inside one of the other bars), but when I found it, one of the nuts was missing. a quick email with a photo to confirm the missing part and customer service sent a new one right away. great product and even better customer service

Took time to assemble but it worked. I could not figure what the 4 pieces of rubber were for until it was assembled. There was nothing in the assembly diagram. I thought the metal on the bottom would scratch my desk. Then an ahh moment, the 4 pieces of metal go on the bottom of the tray to prevent scratching !!! The tray has four levels that holds lot of files and papers. The slot at the back is a good idea for more folders. It is sturdy, strong, attractive, a great a price.
