I am generally satisfied with my purchase. Pros: - The design of the chair is aesthetically pleasing. - Assembly was straightforward. - It's pretty sturdy. - It encourages a more upright posture when sitting. - The rocking feature is a nice touch. Cons: - The "knee pads" are a bit hard/thin and can cause discomfort when you're on it for too long. - Use a proper screwdriver instead of the hex key that came with the box; that hex key stripped two of my screws.

has been using it and I'm quite used to it. felt a little bit comfortable on the knees after a while and then I can stand up and keep working. Hope it can last long.

Looks good, built solid, comfortable. Maybe not ideal for shorter people (5'3" girlfriend felt awkward trying it; wheras it feels perfect for me, I'm over 6').

The right knee pad did not anchor properly. I am waiting for a replacement part. I will update this review based on how that request for service goes. The order showed up exactly on the date it was supposed to. The parts were all present and accounted for. But I cannot use it until I get that replacement part. It is wobbly on the right knee.
