I bought this because I needed a seat that would help me keep my posture healthy while I paint and draw, and a friend recommended I try a saddle stool. This one seemed like a good starter to try. It arrived quickly, was easy to assemble, and is exactly as pictured. I like that I can raise and lower its height by pulling up on the lever. It swivels beautifully in full circles. The wheels move easily, but at the same time, I haven't had trouble with it rolling across the floor (it's an old house, and there's a slight slope in areas), so I'd say it's my ideal amount of rolliness. The base is narrow enough that it doesn't take up too much space, but I don't find it tippy. And yes, it does help me to maintain a better posture. The seat itself is comfortable and ergonomic. I couldn't sit on it exclusively (sometimes, you just want to lean back on something and rest), but it's perfect for my work. All in all, I like it! I'm very glad I bought it.

More comfortable than a plain flat topped stool. The wheel base on this model is more narrow than I was expecting, about 18 inches approximately, but it does not seem prone to tipping after a week of use on a non-carpeted surface. I wish there were an option to tilt the saddle seat front to back, it does not fit quite as well in the lower position as in the upper position. But overall this was completely worth the money, I will probably buy another for my other office.

it's just perfect

Really great to sit on for some time but I wouldn't be able to do the full day on it. I use both my normal chair and this saddle during work and it makes me go through the day without any back problem.
