This is a quality item from an amazing company at a great price thanks to shopper plus. Two of three items ordered arrived damaged due to lack of protection in the packing process. They were loose in the box (which was far too big) there were no air packets, styrofoam etc to secure the items. While they were both in the branded baggie…the lid came of off the tumbler and damaged the bottle. Ridiculous given these were to be a gift. Customer service was a joke…during my call nothing outside of please send pictures was said to me so my husband threw these into the recycling bin in our complex as we could not give them to the intended recipient. Hours later I received a return label…emailed customer service to advise of the situation and received a very curt rude reply back. Won’t ever buy her again despite the awesome selection and great prices.
