I was hesitant to get this because the reviews are a bit mixed, but I am relieved to say that it's actually pretty great. The quality of construction could be better, but at this price it's honestly kind of amazing. The levels are very flimsy, so I would not recommend this for bigger set or heavier cats. Also, as a life-long klutz, be careful not to fall on it or drop it hard because it will get wrecked, so be careful! We have 2 cats - a ragdoll and a bengal. The ragdoll is big girl and she firmly passed on this cat tree, but the bengal lost her beans over it! She now sprints across the apartment to get a runnings start and climbs all the way in a few leaps, it's amazing and terrifying to behold. At this price, the level of joy this brought one of our cats is a 10/10/

This was super easy to assemble, the adjustable top is a pressure mount and fits our 9ft ceiling easily; it is also extra secure with the wall securing point.

had the tree in maybe a week. 2nd level already broken. worst customer service too, very rude. now i have a hole in my wall since i needed to disassemble the tree! dangerous for cats! i need a refund. do not purchase!!!!
