For some time, I have been looking for a rollator to carry up and down the nine steps in my building. This, finally, is it. It is my key to independence and crucial to me. I have to point out a couple of errors in the manual for assembling it. Under storing and transporting it says,to push the handlebars together until they click and a security bar under the seat engages. Well nothing clicks or engages. Instead, fold up the seat. fold it together and then ... LIFT UP THE BACKREST SO THAT IT IS THE HIGHEST POINT. Then you can slip your free arm through it like a sling to carry the unit up or down while hanging on to the railing. At 17.4 lbs it is just in my capacity to transport by myself.At

Difficult to put together when the round openings for wheels are not round! poor instructions. Have adjusted brakes several times but they still get loose and squeak.

It took me 15 minutes to assemble and it seems quite sturdy. Haven't really tried it out yet. Buying this product in case the next gout attack. It should provide better support than a walking cane.
