    I decided to write this review after *repeated* problem related to the quality of this toner. I've purchased this exact product over the years for my Canon MF3240 and it had always been great. However, the last 2 toners I received physically broke within 2 weeks after installation, which prompted me to write this review. The last 2 toners I bought, which I purchased separately, had the problem that the plastic/spring that holds the paper down (top left of the toner) breaks. When it happened the 1st time, I thought that perhaps I didn't install it correctly, and that somehow the toner was inserted too forcefully into the printer and that's why it broke. When I got the 2nd toner and it broke at the exact place, I have no choice but to conclude it wasn't made properly. The plastic used for the casing was too fragile. My partner and I worked from our home during this covid-19 lockdown period; we are light users (200-300 pages per month) and have always enjoyed using this replacement toner from 123ink. However, based on my last 2 toners/experience, I'll be shopping elsewhere for replacement toner.
