There seemed to be no way to edit my previous review, so here is a separate *review* to provide an update. I previously gave a rating of 1-star due to repeated failure, refer to my previous review with photo for details. In my previous review, the rep from 123ink was kind enough to leave a reply, suggesting that all toners are covered with a warranty (in my case, 1-year). After a brief on-line chat, 123ink send me a replacement toner, and it arrived today. I must applaud to their prompt customer service. While I am still not satisfied with the quality of the toner, I am updating my review to reflect the good customer service I've received thus far. As I stated before, I've used the exact toner for my Canon MF3240 for years without any major problem, until the last 2 I received. Perhaps it was just a bad batch and the problem may have corrected itself with time.

Bonjour Denise, le système envoit une demande d'évaluation quelques mois après l'achat, mais ce n'est pas un problème si celle-ci est encore fermée.
