Generally happy with the product and service. The wrong cartridge was sent one time and the issue was resolved. A prepaid return postage was included and the right item was shipped. The only other problem I had was that a black ink cartridge that I received did not work properly. Given the savings relative to the OEM product, I just let it go. This happened a couple of years ago and the products I have purchased since have performed very well. Will purchase again especially when you offer free shipping on low priced items. Thanks Renato

Works great

So far I have only used one cartridge, but it was only good for one printout and then it went completely faint. Tried to shake it up some and print again but I only receive unreadable copies. I'm worried about putting in another one until I actually need it, as it may only be good for one copy again. Kind of expensive for one copy per cartridge.
