Generally happy with the product and service. The wrong cartridge was sent one time and the issue was resolved. A prepaid return postage was included and the right item was shipped. The only other problem I had was that a black ink cartridge that I received did not work properly. Given the savings relative to the OEM product, I just let it go. This happened a couple of years ago and the products I have purchased since have performed very well. Will purchase again especially when you offer free shipping on low priced items. Thanks Renato

This is the only place I can still get these cartridges, and you can't beat the price. My printer is older but it still works well, so I don't want to replace it.
