    About a week ago I ordered two cartridges. They arrived in two days but unfortunately one would not work. I contacted 123inkcartridges, explained the problem and they quickly offered to send a replacement which also arrived in two days. The new cartridge seems to work just fine. I wrote an unkind review a couple of days ago about being kept waiting on line for 35 minutes but I have to say that my annoyance resulted in me calling the company and the response was immediate. Thanks, guys for the speedy response.

      I was very pleased with the results of my purchase. The color ink toner #57 for my HP printer works just as well as the original cartridge. I have made very significant savings on my purchase!
