One of them came totally empty. I asked for refund on both & I'm getting the run around and still didn't get approved for refund !?!

This cartridge does not seem to have any yellow ink in it.

I have purchased ink cartridges from you for at least 5 years or more, and have had the same printer all that time. In the beginning you used a different supplier for the ink. Since you have switched to this company called G & G I have been very dissapointed. The ink cartridges have less ink in them and only last for a short time. They also seem to stop printing in 1 or 2 colours without fading out, they just quit printing. They are of poor quality. I am currently looking for another company to purchase ink from.

After a week of not printing anything, this cartridge could no longer print any documents. It's the second time it happened. The first time I thought, there was a problem with my printer, but after buying a new cartridge, I realized the problem lied with inactivity. This cartridge should come with a warning label saying that in order for it to work properly, one has to print at least a few times a week.
