Great speedy services. I recieved my order faster than I thoight i would get it during a lockdown pandemic. Although i have purchaed and LOVED this producr in the past I need to return it this time. My old printer is having trouble using the ink this time. I actually dont thinknits the fault of this ink. I think its because of my printer. In the beginning none of the colours were working. After removing and restalling and doing about 10 cleanings i finally got the magenta and yellow to work. The black and blue dont want to work. I did everything but throw the printer on the floor to get it to work. I upgrade the software, did more cleanings and i cant. I spent an entire night off trying to get it to work. With my newer printer, it took about 1 hour to get it to work. After about 5 cleanings, she work great, with the same moustache brand of ink. I rated it 4 of 5. Because i truly believe in the product... i think its my print is a fault and not the ink. It will be interesting to experience the return/refund department of this company as of all my purchases.... i have never had to return anything yet.

I have used these compatible ink refills several times now and am very happy with them. I refer them to everyone that I know who has a printer. Even our local Food Bank . They are less than half the price of the brand name ones but have the same quality. I highly recommend anyone to try them! le plastique installé en bas de la cartouche est impossible à enlever. J'ai vérifié mes achats précédents et ce sont les bonnes pour une imprimante Brother DCP-130C. Après plusieurs nettoyages et tests. En ce moment, j'imprime en noir et blanc. J'ai fait un test couleurs, lui est bon. C'est principalement en noir que j'imprime. je suppose que le plastique du bas devraait se percé quand on installe la cartouche.

I wouldn't buy any other cartridges for my Brother printer. These are reasonably priced and unlike many other inexpensive cartridges have never leaked.

I was disappointed for the first time as ink cartridge by Mustache didn’t work... Luckily I had also ordered another product from what I believe is a different manufacturer that had no issue. Not sure it’s really worth my time to call for a refund.
