worked fine but printer or computer said it was low on ink and we should reorder. We just typed into the computer to continue printing and it did. Message came up each time we wanted to print. We just ignored the message because it was new and printed fine. Don't know why printer said low ink?

The company surely stands behind this product. I received a replacement cartridge for a previous purchase which was faulty. My recent purchase is working very well. To a recent reviewer about their computer indicating the new cartridge was low on ink is prompted by the fact that these are not original manufactured cartridges which the computer does not recognise, hence it's warning, which should be ignored.

You send me expired product! Look at the expiration at the bottom of the box!

Seems to work fine as a substitute for a real Dell cartridge (which I thought this was supposed to be) although I get a warning message that I’m running out of ink. We’ll see...

Works perfect, printed quality is excellent for both print and pictures. Excellent savings on a hard to find item as well.
