This was part of the second order of Canon-compatible ink cartridges that I received from 123Inkcartridges.ca. While I had no complaints with the ink cartidges included in my first order, I have noticed that the quality of the inks included in my second order is not nearly as good for some reason. I did note that the ink cartridges I received with the first order were all packaged in "G&G" boxes, whereas the ink cartridges I received with the second order were just wrapped in clear plastic. Were the ink cartridges in the second order manufactured by a different supplier?

Hi folks, Firstly I would like to say that your pricing and service (delivery time) has so far been outstanding. However, I am quite concerned about the quality of the product. Ever since I changed from the brand name ink, I have been unable to print a decent image/photo on photo quality paper. I've tried everything, including adjusting the image to compensate, adjusting colour settings in print dialogue box ... with no luck. I am not sure whether I'm dealing with a printer issue or an ink issue., but I believe I will have to load printer with "Canon" ink cartridges in order to find out.
