Bonjour, Cette cartouche m'a donné quelques problèmes avec mon imprimante. J'avais le message qu'elle n'était pas compatible tandis que la cartouche d'encre noire fonctionne très bien. J'ai du même jeter une cartouche car je n'ai jamais réussi à l'installer. J'ai donc opté pour la cartouche 8946501 couleur et je n'ai pas eu de problèmes encore. Salutations, Reynald Allard.

This purchase was almost 6 months ago. I was unable to get the cartridge to work and subsequently returned it to you. In frustration I purchased a replacement printer and have had problems receiving the cartridges from you due to a system problem(?). Recently, I have been been disappointed with 12- InkCartridges

My printer tells me that it's only 1/4 full on all colors why???

Fits perfectly and colors are great.

I have purchased this product several times as an alternative to much higher priced items from local stores. I have an older, inexpensive Kodak printer and I have had no issues with the quality of the the printing or the yield.

This product fits my printer, works well and the shipping was fast. I received friendly and very helpful customer service. I will be ordering again!
