Je ne suis pas satisfaite du tout. Il semble que les 2 cartouches soit arrivée avec une pièce manquante. Après avoir parlé à une représentante et envoyé 2 courriels à ce sujet, suite à sa demande, mon problème n'est toujours pas résolu. Dommage, j'ai payé 2 cartouches dont je ne peux pas me servir. Et oui, j'ai bien la puce ici, mais le boitier pour déposer la puce est manquant. Pourtant c'est bien indiqué sur la boite qu'il devrait y être. Je suis très décue Christine Gagnon
