I have not received the ink cartridges that I ordered. I ordered black ink and received coloured ones. I have sent a phot as requested, but have not heard anything since. The first cartridges came very quickly and that is why there is a rating at all. I have had to pay to photo copy since the ink did not arrive. Shipping was fast and an email was received after I informed them about the wrong product.

They do not work on my Canon MX410. CRG210XL does not work it has to be PG210XL.

Dear Ken, Thank you for your reviews. Actually, CRG210XL is the same ink as PG210XL. PG210XL is the factory model number. Please feel free to try to install the ink into the printer. If any problem with it, please feel free to contact our customer service.

I don't have much luck with this series of cartridge with my Canon MP490. I just have tried 1 Colour and 2 black. Only one black is good to use. The second black cannot even been used by the printer. The colour one can be used but missing one colour. I am going back to OEM but that is expensive. I may even replace the Canon by one that is not that picky for cartridge.

ai do not like the fact that you advertise PG210XL and when the product comes it is totally different NC-RG210XL Black - tis being said that I now have more black cartridges than necessary as I had ordered with a friend receiving these ones and not the PG ones thinking they were wrong - reordered only to get the NC ones!! Having to call and have to send picture to find out these are the right ones for my Canon MX410??? So why advertise this with PG when in fact they are not???

My last purchase of this PG210XL Ink Cartridge will not work with my Printer. Status reading constantly stated that the cartridge is empty. I still have it with me. The previous one did work, so did another one subsequently purchased elsewhere. I have just made another purchase from 123Inkjet. Hope it works.
