You people charged me for expedited shipping on a Colorfly tablet in November, and then sent it by regular mail, causing lots of problems. Several times I have asked that you refund the extra shipping charge, but you ignore me. You also screwed up a car DVR purchase so that I ended up paying extra shipping charges. I haven't bothered pointing that out until now because of the lack of response to my issue with the Colorfly tablet. Your customer service is terrible and you seem to think it is OK to cheat your customers. Kindly stop bothering me, as I won't be buying anything from you unless there is no alternative. And I do mean NO alternative.

For the same amount of paper printer, for the same quality provided and expected, your products kick the competition. You offer a fast and reliable shipping service.
