This doesn’t work. It gives a quiet tinny almost chipmunk/fast forwarding like sound and is not usable. I needed this to use at work since my computer is situated too far from where I sit for my headphones to reach.

I don't know if I received a defective product, but the sound quality is horrible. I bought to extend earbuds plugged to my PC at work. The earbuds alone the sound is fine but it's too short. With the plugged in the volume is low & it sounds like a tin can.

The sound becomes distorted when the ear phone plug is fully inserted. The ear phone plug needs to be 3/4 in so that the sound quality is improved. This is ok, however because the plug is no longer fully inserted, it can easily come unplugged.

I cant connect my headphones all the way or the sound cuts out. It litterally needs ot inserted only half way in to work.
