I have been buying the Vizix 100XL, Black and all three colours for the past three years for my granddaughter who is in University, for her Lexmark Impact S301 and these cartridges have performed very well and have saved me a ton of money. Keep up the good work guys, I used to buy the cartridges from a competitor but I found your product superior. Also, they doubled the shipping charges so I don't do business with them any more. I have four grandkids in University so we use a lot of cartridges.

When I first ordered 'compatible' ink cartridges from your company I was extremely pleased with the quality. This last order, and the previous order, are not very satisfactory. My last but one order was the worst(I contacted you at the time). I then contacted Lexmark and they sent me a 'free' set of ink. After this ran out I decided to try your 'compatible' ink once more. It is better than the previous batch, but definitely no where near the quality of the first order I placed with you. The ladst two orders were of a different brand than my first order. I will not be ordering this ink again. I am not a happy customer.
