Was not identifiable by my printer. Good support from customer service. After trying all options they authorised return of opened product. Received full refund. Excellent support though on chat and not live talk.

Before you even open the ink the packages are already leaking. I would stick with the oem brand for this one.

the black ink cartridge was faulty . I tried aligning the cartridges many times and it did not help. it defaced every 3rd line and made the page unreadable . I will not be a repeat customer. Jim Cummings 519 648 3386
